Condition:
The watch is in exceptional condition with minimal wear. The watch is in fantastic overall condition with a strong case where it was serviced by Patek Philippe. The watch comes with an additional original Patek Philippe integrated bracelet sold by their boutique in London. The original bracelet is preserved and kept as a part of the super collectors set along with other accessories.
Our Thoughts:
One of the underdog models within the rich histories of the Patek Philippe. The 3710 was introduced in 1998 as the second iteration of the original “jumbo” case Nautilus. succeeding the 3700 the model is something of a transitional model which only lasted 6-7 years making this configuration exceptionally rare. The watch’s jumbo two-piece case meant that the watch is a mere 8mm thick and although the official sizing is 42mm, the watch fits fantastically on wrist and almost looks smaller than the modern 5711.
We absolutely love this iteration of the Nautilus with the rather unusual dial configuration. The watch showed the progress the brand was making into the modern era introducing a simple complication to experiment and opting to use a matte black dial with roman numerals that is strogn with the brand’s DNA as shown on their other models such as their annual calendar.
