Rolex Sea-Dweller 1665 "Great White" Service Dial
The “Great White” 1665 is the successor of the “Double Red” 1665 where Rolex reverted back to an all-white font dial similar to its Submariner cousin. The watch is rather subtly important in the history of Sea-Dweller where Rolex decided to ditch the wording “Submariner” on the dial and establish the Sea-Dweller as an independent model.

Very good condition 8/10 With normal swirl marks and normal usage for a vintage Rolex piece. Watch comes with watch only and Case has been slightly polished professionally previously but remains thick and lugs are all reasonably preserved. The Dial is a service dial which was a Rolex original service dial that has Luminova applied lumes. The dial condition is fantastic.
Our Thoughts:
Although the watch is fitted with a serviced dial, the watch still is in fantastic overall condition and remains one of the most sought after vintage models. The relatively short production time of the 1665. “Great White” also means that the watch is very collectable amongst enthusiasts.
