Condition:
The watch is in brand new unworn condition. The original plastic case protector is still attached and the strap have no signs of wear. There are no visible scratches or marks on the watch and is in normal running order.
Our Thoughts:
A new design yet brings back all the nostalgia that makes Cartier watches so special. It is a precise execution on the burgundy decorations on the case and bezel that somehow works without making the classic shape of the Santos-Dumont look ostentatious. A delicate process to produce, the new aesthetics is also matched by a redesigned dial with a cubical guilloché pattern that creates an optical illusion that adds depth to the slim profile of the watch.
With the resurgence of vintage Cartier’s, this new design language pays tribute to the past but adds a lovely touch with modern execution. limited to 150 worldwide, the watch speaks for itself, with the less common “Large” size, the watch have enough wrist presence for most people without feeling too bulky, and we simply love the all burgundy design on the subtle platinum case.
