Unmistakable and iconic, the Rolex Datejust is the perfect mix between sporty and dressy. This example here from 1962 is an early example of the 1603 Datejust with a machine turned steel bezel unlike the more common white gold fluted bezel you often see. The special matte black dials adds to the wearability and allows the original yellowed almost pumpkin coloured lumes to really pop from the dial.
