Condition:
the watch is in good condition fitted with an original stainless steel smooth bezel and the watch case is fairly well maintained with an early series “ T25” original tritium indicator dial. Dial is in fantastic condition where all lumes are present and non-damaged. The bracelet have normal stretching and is in good condition. The sapphire crystal have some slight scuff but remains in excellent condition.
Our Thoughts:
Perhaps in a world where collectors and watch lovers are embracing more vibrant designs, a watch like the Explorer tends slip under the radar. Whilst the previous generation 1016 have steadily become more and more collectable, the 14270 remains extremely reasonably priced and is an excellent choice for a daily sports watch without attracting too much attention at work.
